Scientific Oversight Committee (SOC)

The SOC is the major governing committee for Enroll-HD. It is responsible for study oversight, guides scientific strategy, and ensures adherence to platform goals. It also provides scientific consultation, guidance, and platform support coordination for non-therapeutic HD studies.

Enroll-HD SOC

Researchers seeking study support should submit the following to the Enroll-HD SOC coordinator:

  • Completed Enroll-HD SOC Proposal Form,
  • Final draft protocol,
  • PI CV
  • Relevant supporting material (e.g., draft participant questionnaires, assessment scales)

The Enroll-HD SOC review determines if the non-therapeutic study or interventional non-therapeutic trial can be accepted for platform support. The review will be based on the strength of the proposal, the scientific priorities of Enroll-HD, and participant/site burden (see Enroll-HD SOC reviewer guidelines).

The review process from submission to receiving feedback typically takes 4 weeks from submission.
